Founded in 1998, MAA Group Berhad is an Investment Holding Company listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia.

Education Division

Operating under the Edumaax Education Group umbrella, these institutions cater to both primary and secondary education students as well as tertiary education learners. Holding Pusat Tuisyen Kasturi, St. John’s International School, and Imperium in its repertoire, Edumaax aims to establish a comprehensive education hub providing high-quality education to all. The group currently consists of Imperium International College which offers Diploma and Degree courses for Business and Accounting programmes, St. John’s International Primary and Secondary School with its distinguished IGCSE curriculum, Pusat Tuisyen Kasturi specialising in SPM student tutoring, and Alfa Academic Tuition Centre focusing on IGCSE and international student tutoring. The college has forged strong partnerships with esteemed institutions such as the United Kingdom’s Anglia Ruskin University, enabling diverse academic and career development opportunities. These collaborations allow students to gain global experience without leaving their home country. New projects in the pipeline includes the opening of Cheltenham College Kuala Lumpur in March 2024 and Italy in September 2024 as well as the Imperium International Secondary School in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah in March 2024.

Financial Services Division

To expand our foothold in the financial services industry, we have ventured into invoice financing under Maax Factor Sdn Bhd and credit facilities under MAA Credit Berhad which are our wholly owned subsidiaries. Moreover, we are in partnership with microLEAP, a P2P (Peer-to-Peer) lending platform which further strengthens our presence in Malaysia.

Hospitality Division

A well-diversified hospitality group, being the franchise holder of Wyndham and Ramada brands in Malaysia for hotel management, technical and consulting hotel developments, tourism, facilities management, culinary (F&B), restaurants, retail outlets, and divans operations, including AirBnB long-term and short-term stays, as well as online travel bookings and logistics. One of the hotels under Hospitality 360’s management is the Lisbon Hotel in Malacca which is a 3-star hotel with 87 rooms. Current projects include a 3-star Hotel named Trigo Kuala Lumpur which consists of 155 rooms and Pavillion Ceylon in Bukit Bintang Kuala Lumpur which is a 5-star residence suites with 135 rooms.
